Bei der Anlage 2 von § 37 StudienO kannst du die Neustrukturierung der Schwerpunkte ab WS 10/11 nachlesen.

Der Schwerpunkt setzt sich dann zusammen aus 8 SWS aus dem Pflichtfach und 8 SWS im Wahlpflichtfach.  Die Endnote setzt sich aus der mündlichen Prüfung, der Hausarbeit des Schwerpunktes und der Aufsichtsarbeit (Klausur) zusammen.

Um die Aufichtsarbeit schreiben zu dürfen, musst du eine Seminararbeit schreiben, die von der Struktur her so aufgebaut ist wie die benotete Hausarbeit (Themenklausur, kein Fallgutachten) und zur Übung dient.
